Thanks to the staff of the Lucky Hotel. They just go the extra miles to give you the extra services you need. The rooms were clean and with the internat connection it was great... Thank you. I love the place. It was the first time i stay in a 2 class hotel but to my suprise it had the best services. Interesting location... most of the place was walking distance... “Great experience for the price"

I loved the Hanoi Lucky! I went with two friends and we paid only $30 for a triple room. This included comfortable beds, AC, TV with some English-language channels, a computer with internet! (However, if you use the computer make sure the anti-virus program has been run recently as mine had not and a virus hacked into one of my accounts.) The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It is not in the quietest part of the city, but definitely the most exciting. We booked a Halong Bay tour through them for just $60 for 2 days and that was the highlight of the trip. Overall, a simple but comfortable hotel, with great staff and a price you cant beat. I stayed at the hotel from 9/21/08 through 10/3/08. The experience was perfection. I felt that the hotel staff treated me with a great deal of knowledge, help and kindness. One example of this was my need to get a plane ticket toLuang Prabang Laos. No problem for the Hanoi Lucky staff. My room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, with the A/C working perfectly. The added treat was having a computer in my room with internet access(which always worked). Hanoi is a fascinating city and my stay at the Hanoi Lucky (for the very reasonable priIce at this hotel for $25.00 a nite-including breakfast) was the icing on the cake, What a great experience!!! My family went in Hanoi for a break. We were very happy with our stay here in the hotel. All staff is very friendly and entertaining. The manager there was the one fixing our itinerary and gives up tips and recommended things to do. They even help us in fixing our reservation from Halong bay trip to city trip tour. Clean room and great location very good location.

Most importantly, our deluxe room is clean and tidy. We ate french loaves, eggs and bananas for breakfast everyday during our 4 days stay. (never get sick of it, in fact, we missed their cripy french loaves!!). FYI, no lifts in the hotel. And also, the staffs are friendly.
